2. Eligibility

- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Products and Services
- All mobility scooters and accessories are subject to availability.
- Product descriptions and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, but errors may occur.
- We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
- We accept EFT, Credit Card, and Cash on Delivery.
- Prices include VAT in accordance with South African law.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
6. Returns and Refunds (CPA Compliance)
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection.
- Products with manufacturing defects will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with the CPA.
- Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

7. Warranty
- Scooters are covered by a 2-year manufacturer’s carry-in warranty.
- Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
8. User Responsibilities
- Scooters must be used according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Customers are responsible for regular servicing and safe operation.
- Improper use may void warranties and result in injury or damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
- BSI-Mobility is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Privacy and POPIA Compliance
- Personal information collected during transactions will be processed lawfully and securely, in line with POPIA.
- Information will only be used for order processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties without consent.
- Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information at any time.
11. Medical Aid and Supplier Accreditation
- BSI-Mobility is an accredited supplier with medical aid companies.
- Claims and reimbursements are subject to medical aid rules and verification.
- Customers must provide valid medical aid details for claim processing.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of our jurisdiction.
